NAPPP's national campaign to educate the public and restore psychotherapy as the first line treatment for behavioral disorders has begun. While many issues will be addressed in the campaign, NAPPP has prepared a draft ad for print and internet media as well as video message commercials. The NEW ad can be seen at HERE. NAPPP Releases White Paper To Confront Medical Practice
NAPPP has released a 117 page document against using medications as a first-line treatment for behavioral disorders. The report details the lack of science behind using medications as first-line treatments and their misuse by physicians when treating behavioral disorders. This report is the foundation document that will be used in the NAPPP public awareness campaign to inform the public about doctoral level psychological practice.
